Intramuscular Calf Hematoma on POCUS
80 y/o older man. CAD + DAPT.  Working on fishing boat.  1 week of calf swelling, suspected DVT.  
POCUS with no DVT signs, but demonstrating Intramuscular hematoma
In this case empiric AC would be bad- Always look for other causes of calf pain!
