Wernicke Encephalopathy - Acute Thiamine (B1) Deficiency 
Clinical Diagnosis - Caine Criteria (2 out of 4):
 - Altered mental status or memory impairment
 - Oculomotor abnormalities (eg nystagmus)
 - Cerebellar dysfunction
 - Dietary deficiency
The classic triad of encephalopathy, oculomotor dysfunction and gait ataxia is only present in 17% of patients.
