Positive FAST Exam on POCUS
Pt fell off her bike. Is this FAST positive or negative? 
Positive eFAST exam. Small amount of anechoic fluid seen near splenic hilum and inferior tip. Large predominantly echogenic clot seen between L hemidiaphragm and spleen. Tricky one!
