Inferior Epigastric Vessels on POCUS prior to Paracentesis Just remember the importance of the inferior epigastric vessels prior to paracentesis, I have seen many complications in blind puncturing. Very important to use color Doppler. You could also use power Doppler as it is very sensitive to pick up flow in a blood vessel.
