Dense Spontaneous Echo Contrast (SEC) on POCUS
Rouleaux flow on POCUS.  RBCs stick together to form clumps. Can happen due to slow flow or increased viscosity. Seems to be moving actively, so maybe more hypercoagulable - seen recently in some COVID-19 cases.
