Massive Left Atrial Myxoma on Echocardiogram (TEE) Pt admitted for SOB x 2 months with episode of syncope and chest pain on day of admission. AF RVR in ER. Myxoma was resected and an Occluder device was placed. Pt also underwent CABG. Pt was readmitted 3 days after DC with volume overload, but was doing well after round of Lasix.
