Risk Factors for Sudden Cardiac Death in Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy
 - Sudden death in a 1st degree relative
 - Maximum LV wall thickness ≥ 30 mm
 - Recent, unexplained syncope
 - Nonsustained ventricular tachycardia (≥ 3 beats)
 - Abnormal BP response to exercise: failure to '↑ by ≥ 20 mmHg or ↓ of ≥ 20 mmHg during effort
 - Sustained ventricular tachycardia or resuscitated sudden death event
