    - Right ventricular pressure overload (e.g.congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension)
    - Sarcoidosis, myocarditis, Anderson-Fabry, Chagas disease 
 • Epicardial Hyper-Enhancement: Sarcoidosis, myocarditis, Anderson-Fabry, Chagas disease
 • Global Endocardial Hyper-Enhancement: Amyloidosis, systemic sclerosis, post-cardiac transplantation
