 - NBTE (marantic endocarditis)
 - Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC)

 - Hyperhomocysteinemia
 - Lipoprotein a ↑
 - IBD
 - APLS:PLT ↓

HEMATOLOGIC DISEASE:
 - Myeloproliferative neoplasms
 - PNH
 - HIT
 - MAHA: TTP, HUS, DIC
