Skin:
- Fastidious: Neisseria gonorrhoeae, bartonella, nocardia
- Fungal: Cryptococcus, Sporothrix, Blastomycosis
- Parasite: Dracunculiasis
- Non-Infectious Auto-Inflammatory: PAPA, SAPHO, Sweet's Syndrome, hidradenitis suppurativa
