Streptococcus Bacteremia - Indications for Echocardiogram
1) Identify the streptococci:
  - Low-risk streptococci: S. intermedius, S. pneumoniae, S. pyogenes
  - Moderate-risk streptococci: S. agalactiae, S. anginosus, S. constellatus, S. dysgalactiae, S. salivarius, S. thermophilus
  - High-risk streptococci: G. adiacens, S. mitis/oralis, S. parasanguinis
  - Very high-risk streptococci: S. gallolyticus, S. gordonii, S. mutans, S. sanguinis
2) How many positive blood culture bottles?
3) Does the patient have any risk factors?
4) What to do?
