Anticoagulant Therapy after PCI (patients with AFib)
Dual-Therapy Preferred:
 • Triple therapy = increased bleeding
    - Bleeding risk outweighed ischemic benefit after 1 month
    - Unclear if reduced bleeding risk due to use of DOAC (vs VKA) or lack of aspirin
• Periprocedural aspirin given to all patients in clinical trials
    - Either continued or stopped at time of randomization)
