Combination of Skin Findings and Arthritis in Pediatrics Patient - Differential Diagnosis
Malar rash: 
 • A butterfly-like erythematous raised rash in the cheeks or thorax.
 • Suggestive of: Lupus
Discoid rash: 
 • Sore with a lighter center and erythematous or hyperpigmented rim.
 • Suggestive of: Lupus
Erythema marginatum: 
 • A serpentinous like rash with elevated rim (In POC redness may not be seen try focus on texture of skin)
 • Suggestive of: Rheum Fever
Erythema migrans:
 • Target sign with hyperpigmented or erythematous center
 • Suggestive of Lyme infection
Salmon macules
 • Accentuated after bathing
 • Suggestive of systemic JIA
Keratoderma blenorrhagicum:
 • Pustules that coalesce into psoriatic-like plaques
 • Suggestive of Reactive Arthritis (ReA)
Balanitis circanata: 
 • Small penile ulcers
 • Suggestive of Reactive Arthritis (ReA), Lupus
