 • Urine Na >30: Renal losses, Cerebral salt wasting
Euvolemic, Serum uric acid <4
 • SIADH, Hypothyroidism, Low solute intake, Glucocorticoid deficiency, Primary polydipsia
Hypervolemic, Serum uric acid >4
 • Urine Na < 20: Heart failure, Cirrhosis, Nephrotic syndrome
 • Urine Na > 30: Renal failure
