Clamp: simulates NO chest tube in at all
Chamber 1: fluid drains here
Chamber 2: water seal
  - small ball moving up and down indicates tube is to water seal
  - "passive" drainage of the fluid/air out - "simulates gravity"
Chamber 3: suction
  - low-level continuous negative pressure to help draw the fluid/air out
  - determined by the dial on the box, not the suction on the wall it's hooked up to
