CNS Ring-Enhancing Lesions - Differential Diagnosis
 • Infections: Cerebral abscess (bacterial, fungal, parasitic), Neurocysticercosis, Tuberculoma, Cerebral toxoplasmosis: usually multiple lesions
 • Malignancy: Metastases (lung, breast, melanoma common), Glioblastoma multiforme, Primary CNS lymphoma (usually solitary lesion)
 • Demyelinating Disease: Multiple sclerosis
 • Radiation Necrosis
