Chvostek sign in Hypocalcemia
The Chvostek sign is a contraction of ipsilateral facial muscles subsequent to percussion over the facial nerve - is considered a clinical indicator of hypocalcemia. 10 to 20% of people can present this sign with normal serum calcium.
