Normal Hilar Anatomy on Chest X-Ray
The hilum is 95% vessels and while it is not important or often possible to be able to identify each vessel in every radiograph the knowledge of the basic anatomical locations of the bronchus, its branches and the pulmonary vessels is always important!

LMB - left main bronchus
RMB - right main bronchus
LUL - left upper lobe bronchus
LLL - left lower lobe bronchus
RUL - Right upper lobe bronchus
BI - Bronchus intermedius
LPA - left Pulmonary artery
