Raindrop Skull in Multiple Myeloma
Diagnosis: Calavarial Multiple Myeloma
The raindrop appearance is caused by multiple lytic lesion with well defined margins which are uniform in size and are scattered throughout the skull.
The mandible is involved in 1/3rd patients with diffuse involvement.
