Primary Synovial Chondromatosis on Knee X-Ray It is a benign monoarticular disorder. It is characterized by synovial metaplasia and proliferation with or without calcification. It results in multiple intra-articular cartilaginous loose bodies of relatively similar size. The radiographic features depend on the degree of ossification.
