Tetralogy of Falot on Chest X-Ray
Tetralogy of Falot comprises four defects -
1. Ventricular septal defect (VSD)
2. Right ventricular outflow tract obstruction (RVOTO)
3. Overriding aorta
4. Right ventricular hypertrophy: develops after birth

Chest Radiographs show the typical boot shaped heart caused the upturned cardiac apex due to right ventricular enlargement along with concave Pulmonary Artery segment.
ToF is the most common cardiac anomaly associated with Brain Abscess which is a common complication in Cyanotc Heart Diseases.
