Atrial Fibrillation on Cardiac Catheterization

Elderly patient taken up for primary PCI. See the way the proximal and distal coronaries “move”.  
AF cause coarse rapid movement of proximal coronaries which are in AV groove or close to atria whereas the distal part predominantly shows movement of ventricular contraction.
