1 - One eye cannot move AT ALL horizontally
1/2 - The other eye can only abduct (can do only half of the possible horizontal movements)
Where? Unilateral BRAINSTEM Lesion
Possible causes:Tumors, Demyelination (Multiple Sclerosis), Stroke, Arteriovenous malformations
