Congenital Nystagmus on Physical Exam
These abnormal eye movements were found in a patient with albinism. What do you think? 
Diagnosis: Congenital nystagmus.
Horizontal in 95% of patients. Often seen with albinism, achromatopsia, & formal ophthalmology evaluation is necessary! May occur in 1 in 1500 births.
