Adrenal Incidentalomas: Hormone Evaluation
• Zona Glomerulosa: Primary Hyperaldosteronism?
- Aldosterone and renin if hypokalemia and/or hypertension
• Zona Fasciculata: Cushing Syndrome?
- 1 mg overnight dexamethasone test for all
• Zona Reticularis: No routine evaluation
• Adrenal Medulla: Pheochromocytoma?
- Plasma or urinary metanephrines for all, especially for those with tumor attenuation > 10 HU
