Endobronchial Lesion bleeding after endobronchial biopsy

This is a bronchoscopy video of an endobronchial lesion located in the left main stem. This patient had a left hilar mass on CT scan, and upon airway inspection, this lesion was noted. There are many ways to biopsy these lesions, and I usually do forceps (as seen here), along with a brush, and needle. One of the complications to be aware of (and know how to manage) is bleeding, as some of these lesions are highly vascular.
