Differential Diagnosis:
Syncope: 
 • Cardiac (5-21%)
 • Orthostatic (4-24%)
 • Reflex (vasovagal, situational, carotid hypersensitivity) (21-48%)
 • Non-syncopal cause (8-20%)
 • Unclear cause (17-37%)
Non-Syncope: 
 • PNES/Narcolepsy, Seizure, subclavian steal, subarachnoid hemorrhage, vertebrobasilar TIA
