Cholecystitis on Abdominal POCUS 

Stone in Neck (SIN), sludge, & wall thickening ARE present, and all strongly support cholecystitis. There is also adenomyomatosis with associated comet tails, caused by cholesterol crystal deposits in Rokitansky Aschoff sinuses.
