Atrial Fibrillation on POCUS Echocardiogram (A4C)

35yoF presents with acute onset atrial fibrillation.  POCUS shows dilated left atrium & poor mitral valve coaptation. Very clear regurgitant jet seen from LV to LA across the MV.
