Cobblestoning in the setting of cellulitis on POCUS
Hyperechoic inflamed subcutaneous fat outlined by edema into appearance of "cobblestones".  Note, cobblestoning can appear in absence of infection (eg, peripheral edema/trauma/DVT), but subcutaneous fat would not be as hyperechoic.
