Trachea and Esophagus Visualization on POCUS

Transverse plane over trachea, slightly L of midline; note the esophagus to the left and posterior to the trachea (pt is swallowing during clip).
This view can be used to confirm endotracheal intubation (vs esophageal intubation), or to assess for an esophageal foreign body.
