Greater Saphenous Vein (GSV) Thrombophlebitis on POCUS
This was a thrombophlebitis occupying the left greater saphenous vein (GSV). Note the thrombus & lack of compressibility. Given the extent & involvement of the GSV in close proximity to the CFV, treat with a direct oral anticoagulant as though she had a DVT.
