Ortner's (Cardiovocal) Syndrome - Left Vocal Cord Paralysis on Laryngoscopy

A 42 yo presented with a hoarse voice for a month. Work up led to a finding of a saccular aortic arch aneurysm. The aneurysm was compressing the left recurrent laryngeal nerve (Ortner or cardiovocal syndrome).
