 • AKIN Stage 1 - Increase in SCr ≥ 0.3 mg/dL or increase in SCr to ≥ 150-200% of baseline
 • AKIN Stage 2 - Increase in SCr to > 200-300% of baseline
 • AKIN Stage 3 - Increase in SCr to > 300% of baseline: or to ≥ 400 mg/dL with an acute increase of ≥ 0.5 mg/dL; or on RRT
