Superficial Venous Thrombophlebitis on POCUS

A patient presents with redness and tenderness over the leg (where the transducer is).  Superficial vein (not paired with an artery so not deep) is seen with echogenic thrombus surrounded by hyperechoic inflamed fat.
Treatment is warm compresses +/- anticoagulant if extensive.
