Congestive heart failure The findings are: - bilateral perihilar consolidation with air bronchograms and ill-defined borders - an increased heart size - subtle interstitial markings - probably a large vascular pedicle All these findings indicate, that we are dealing with pulmonary edema due to heart failure.
