HPS-differential diagnosis:

HPS-diagnosis:
1. Patients with liver disease
2. Alveolar-arterial oxygen gradient (AaPO2) >15 mmHg or >20 mmHg in patients >64 years
3. Intrapulmonary vasodilatation
