Left Abducens Spasm on Physical Exam A 50 yr male with left facial spasm and diplopia, with left abducens spasm occurring for a few seconds, 10-20 times/hour x 1 month. Patient had a history of medulloblastoma resection and RT 8 years earlier. This patient had post radiation paroxysmal brainstem syndrome.
