Whipple Disease (Tropheryma whipplei) - Diagnosis and Management Caused by: Tropheryma whipplei Symptoms and Signs: 1. Migratory poly/oligoarthralgia (80%) 2. Weight loss (90%) 3. Abdominal pain; colicky (60%) 4.
