Benign Early Repolarization (BER) on EKG
 • Widespread concave STE most prominent in mid-to-left precordium (V2-V5)
 • Notching/slurring at J point ("fish hook pattern")
 • Prominent, slightly asymmetric T-waves (concordant w/ QRS complex)
 • STE : T-wave height ratio < 0.25 (in V6)
 • No reciprocal STD suggestive of OMI
