Level 1: Generally Fragility Fractures
  1a - Automatically High Risk: Hip, Spine
  1b - Increase Risk Category by 1: Forearm, Proximal Humerus

Level 2: May be Fragility Fractures (All bones not in levels 1 or 3)

Level 3: NOT Fragility Fractures
 • Craniofacial
 • Hand
 • Foot
