Cellulitis and underlying abscess on POCUS exam

The hyperechoic areas represent inflamed subcutaneous tissue (“hot fat”), and the hypoechoic area in the center represents an echogenic abscess.
You should I&D this abscess. When incised, 20cc purulent content under pressure evacuated (like a volcano!).
