Central Retinal Artery Occlusion (CRAO) on Ocular POCUS

This patient is likely presented with painless vision loss.  PoCUS clip demonstrates an “intra-arterial spot sign” (arrow) c/w central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO). There is some unrelated artifact in the vitreous region.
