Flexor Tenosynovitis on POCUS

Index finger including flexor tendon being viewed.  Note small fluid around the flexor tendon, supporting flexor tenosynovitis. Exam would reveal Kanavel’s signs: finger held in flexion, fusiform swelling, tenderness over tendon, & pain on passive extension.
