Esophageal Foreign Body on POCUS A linear probe placed over anterior neck, left of midline & just below thyroid cartilage. Esophagus is displaced leftward & distended. Esophageal foreign body is high in the ddx. A double trachea sign looks similar to this in the setting of esophageal intubation.
