Ruptured Ovarian Cyst on Pelvic Ultrasound 22 year old female w/ acute onset RLQ pain & TTP over her abdomen, LMP 2 weeks ago. This is a sagittal view of the uterus with the bladder inferior to the fundus. Given the acute onset & mid-cycle timing, the presence of free fluid suggests an ovarian cyst rupture.
