McConnell's Sign on POCUS Echocardiogram

2 patients w/ different diagnoses.  Both demonstrate an apical 4-chamber view with McConnell sign (hypo kinetic RV with apical sparing)
A McConnell sign is typically from acute right heart strain related to pulmonary embolism, but could also be from an RV infarct or acute chest in pts with SCD.
