Cholecystitis on Gallbladder POCUS 

The landmark for the gallbladder is the portal vein, usually seen superiorly & posteriorly to the gallbladder neck when viewed sagittally.
Thickened gallbladder wall (>4mm), sludge & stones & sonographic murphy's (not seen from this video) —> cholecystitis. Fluid outside gallbladder is not specific for cholecystitis.
