Scrotolith on Scrotal POCUS

Srotum & testicle are viewed.  Simple anechoic hydrocele & hyperechoic scrotal pearl (scrotolith) w/ posterior acoustic shadowing. 
Scrotoliths: benign incidental findings w/ prevalence ~3%.
