Maudsley's Test for Lateral Epicondylitis ("Tennis Elbow")

With the wrist prone, resist extension of the 3rd digit, while palpating the patient's lateral epicondyle.  This movement stresses the extensor digitorum muscle and tendon. The test is positive with pain over the lateral epicondyle.
